The cultural wing of the Republican Party is defined by voters’ who are motivated by cultural considerations, of which the white nationalist part is a major portion of the Trump base. It is not clearly measurable on purpose: it is hard to observe accurately peoples’ final motivations at the ballot. But to pretend there is not a white nationalism element of the Trump coalition is absurd.
